We require an individual to perform 1st line support as part of our growing IT team. This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, dispatching incoming ticket requests to the tech team, and other technical support functions. The successful candidate will have an impeccable work ethic, be efficient in identifying and resolving issues, and have experience in the IT industry. Salary: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
