One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join the 10 - 14 man strong building services team, dedicated to running the banking client's critical facility. This is an exciting, state of the art site, key to the client's operation.
Here, you will work across LV and HV equipment with some involvement on the HVAC and fabric side.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen Electrical Engineer to develop further on specialist kit, and become involved on the HV works.
Actions will include:
- To carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated electrical systems.
- Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act requirements.
- To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant and to provide updates on the platform.
- To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all electrically related reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests.
- Carry out technical surveys of the above services and systems, reporting findings to the . Producing list costs of material required for any minor works required.
- To co-ordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client. Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
- Undertake follow up actions required to resolve situational circumstances for which you have been authorised to undertake.
We need from you:
- Electrical maintenance experience, ideally within a critical environment
- Full electrical qualifications

Salary: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
