Our client supplies the retail market across Northern Ireland with high quality Blinds and Shutters.
They are seeking a Sales Manager, to run the field sales team and the internal sales support team.
Salary:
£40,000 basic wage and up to £10,000 OTE.
Responsibilities:
- Hit Sales KPIs
- Coach, develop and nurture the team
- Liaising with Marketing and Senior Management to develop the 2024 strategy.
- Recruit quality staff
- New business development
- Formulate a 2024 Sales Strategy
Requirements:
- Commercially astute
- 3-5 years+ Sales Management (ideally retail)
- Demonstrable ability to manage, lead and motivate the internal and external sales and customer service teams
- CRM experience(Salesforce ideal)
Ideal:
Educated to degree level in a relevant field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
