Hotel Receptionist

A great position for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join a friendly team based at a newly refurbished Hotel in city center of Bradford.

Working 16 to 40 hours per week , which will include early mornings , evenings and weekends, must be flexible with shift patterns .

Working as part of a team you will be checking in and out guests.
Answering calls and completing reservations using Guestline System
Responding to email esquires
Updating information using Excel
Processing payments/cashing up

The ideal candidate will be well presented with a positive and outgoing personality
You will possess first class customer services skills and will have ideally worked within a 4* establishment.
A clear, confident telephone manner.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) are essential
Knowledge of Guestline system will be a distinct advantage
MS Office knowledge - Word, Excel required.
Previous hotel reception experience required.
