Administrator - Whitby House Care Home

Whitby House Care Home are currently seeking an Administrator to work 6.5 hours per week.

Whitby House Care Centre is a purpose-built Cheshire facility that offers a number of personalised care packages, from well-trained and qualified carers.

Whitby House care home is situated in the village of Whitby and a mile from Ellesmere Port town centre, we are a purpose-built home that providing outstanding nursing care for up to 36 elderly residents, Communal areas are all decorated and furnished to extremely high standards and residents are encouraged to bring important personal possessions to personalise their rooms.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

Required:

• Good numerical and word processing skills

• Knowledge/experience of MS Word and MS Excel

• Friendly, confident, well presented and customer focused

• Professional telephone manner •

Genuine interest in working within a caring environment

• An appreciation of need for confidentiality

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Confident team player

• Satisfactory Policy Check and check against the PoVA list

• Ability to work on own initiative
