Medical Records Summariser

gtd healthcare is one of the largest NHS commissioned Primary and Urgent care providers in North West England. We have an excellent opportunity for a Medical Records Summariser to join our Primary Care team.

The Medical Records Summariser will summarise and code patient records into EMIS to a high standard and in accordance with the practice protocol. The role will support our GP practices across Greater Manchester and Derbyshire. The role will work co-operatively with the practice staff and will initially be expected to focus on clearing any backlog of patient records needing to be summarised and read coded.

The role will be based centrally at our Head Office in Denton, Manchester and travel to our sites in Manchester, Oldham and Tameside and Buxton will be required as necessary. You will be part of a small GP practice support team.

The role is permanent, with the potential to develop into other administration work for the GP practices in the future.
