Full Time Retail Assistant

KRCS are a Premium Reseller of Apple products and accessories. We’re looking for a new member of the team to join our existing team, working from our Derby Store within the Derbion Shopping Centre.

At our Derby store within the Derbion, we relish the chance to demonstrate just how easy, productive and fun Mac, iPad and iPhone can be. We also have plenty of time for those customers whose needs range from a quick Q&A session to a complex business quote.

If you are knowledgeable, passionate and use Apple Products, you could have a chance to work for the UK’s long established independent Apple retailer.

Prior retail assistance is preferred, and accredited training will be given.

The Role:

• 5 days a week at our Derby store.
• Advise and demonstrate to customer a wide range of MacOS, iOS and associated products.
• Assist in the sale of Apple products and accessories.

Skills Required:

• Experience in the use of Mac, iPhone or iPad
• Enthusiasm for technology
• Desire to learn new skills
