At the Cupping Clinic we provide various alternative treatments which have been proven to help alleviate some common health issues. From massage, wet cupping , dry cupping , fire cupping holistic back neck adjustments and much more.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Able to handle enquires and experience of dealing with enquires face to face or by telephone.
- Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain any necessary data
- Take pride in your work and be able to work to a very high standard with attention to detail
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
- Process payments from patients
- Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our database
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and availability
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent Telephone manner
- Honest & Reliable
- Good communication skills
- PC literate, Know how to use office basic applications.
- being able to MULTITASK is a MUST
