We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and Tik Tok

- CRM and Customers data handling

- Web and Blog writing content

- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms

- Collaborate with other teams to create multimedia content, including videos, photos, and graphics

- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to improve social media performance

- Perform basic video editing and photography tasks

- Proofread content for accuracy and consistency

- Lead generation expert

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management

- Experience with e-commerce is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
