Warehouse Supervisor

Company:

A multi award winning food & drink wholesaler and exporter based in London, requires a supervisor to ensure smooth running of the day to day operations of the business.

Role:

Your role will be to help the management to run the business smoothly with highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, staff, equipment, health and safety and implementing company policies and procedures in your allocated sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leading a team of warehouse operatives.

· Training, managing and motivating staff.

· Implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

· Providing excellent customer service.

· Merchandising and stock management.

· Implementing company policies and procedures.

Attributes:

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

· At least three years experience in retail / wholesale as a team leader or supervisor.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Self motivated, committed, highly organised and efficient.

· IT literate.

· Passion and drive to succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
