Job Description

MSH Mechanical Services is looking for a Commercial Plumber to undertake a variety of plumbing tasks on a new build apartment block including

• Domestics mains up to 76mm crimped copper
• 1st fix plumbing water services
• 1st fix soils and wastes
• 2nd fix water services
• 2nd fix soils and wastes
• Pressure testing

Qualifications

• CSCS card (Gold Desirable)
• NVQ 2/3
• Ability to read and understand drawings & schematics
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge / experience of Uponor pipework desirable

Schedule:

• Monday -Thursday 7.30am - 16.30pm
• Friday - 7.30am - 13.30pm
• Hours negotiable

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 months

Salary: £19.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Plumbing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• City & Guilds (preferred)
