Care Assistant (domiciliary) – Tonbridge, Kent

Permanent position - £3,600.00+ per Month
per week - upto £14.00

Inspire Care Agencies is recruiting for caring, enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Care Assistants in the Tonbridge and surrounding areas, to provide care for our clients in their own home.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience preferred but is not essential as it’s the attitude and the right person that matter, but if you’ve ever cared for a loved one then this could be the job for you.
• Needs to be caring & compassionate
• Calm under pressure when required
• Work using their own initiative while remaining professional and always putting the , needs of the client first.
• Position is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance‘
• Satisfactory references
• Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK
• Must be able to drive and have their own transportation.

Job Description

You will be assisting our clients in their own home enabling them to still have their independence while inspiring for better care. Each client has their own care plan and our care Assistants are matched to the client to meet their needs as best as possible The duties will be varied depending on the level of support and care the client needs, from companionship and social support, to everyday tasks such as housework, shopping, preparing meals, assisting with medication and personal care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £3,600.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

• Homecare

Shift:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
